Montenegro in talks for 27 mln euro EIB loan for healthcare

Montenegro is in talks with the European Investment Bank (EIB) on a 27 million euro ($31.2 million) loan to finance the purchase of new equipment for the upgrade of health institutions across the country, the government said.
