Chinese firms to start main construction of Montenegro motorway section in mid-2027

A consortium of Chinese firms PowerChina, STECOL and PCCD is expected to launch in the middle of 2027 main construction works on the 23-km Matesevo–Andrijevica section of the planned Bar–Boljare motorway, the head of state-controlled motorway operator Monteput, Milan Ljiljanic, said.
