Montenegro makes Vitalik a citizen, part of plans to promote it as a blockchain hub

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin was granted citizenship to the nation of Montenegro last week while the country starts to figure out how to efficiently regulate crypto and blockchain technology.
